During October, Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

Consequence: He’ll be sentenced on felony gun charges on February 9th, 2010. According to his lawyer, Wayne will be sentenced to prison immediately. He faces up to 1 year in jail, and possibly 8 months in addition.
