After two occasions of prison sentencing delay, one where attributed to a “Root Canal” treatment, and another due to the fire breakout at Manhattan Criminal Court’s basement, Lil Wayne will now be serving his time in Rikey’s Island.
But hey, he’ll be out in no longer than 8 months.
We’re sure he’ll be penning down rhymes with even great depth while away. Don’t be surprised.
The rapper was indicted for possessing an armed .40 caliber handgun which was found on his tour bus after a performance in New York in July 2007.
“Law is mind without reason. ……………..I’ll return,” Lil Wayne told fans on his Twitter page this morning.
